L’FABRICA, s.r.o. with registered office at Bratislavská 31, 01001 Žilina, Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of Žilina, Section : Sro, Insert No.: 66761/L (hereinafter referred to as “L’FABRICA s.r.o.”), processes your personal data as a data controller.

The processing of your personal data provided to L’FABRICA s.r.o. is governed by the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 122/2013 Coll. No. 351/2011 Coll., as amended) and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications Act (Act No. 351/2011 Coll., as amended).

Processing methods

L’FABRICA s.r.o. uses electronic data processing (EDP) tools to ensure correct and fast processing. Your personal data will be processed using computers capable of storing, managing and transmitting data. Personal data may be printed and/or viewed electronically. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised persons only.

What personal data does L’FABRICA s.r.o. store about you?

Buying in an online shop

For the purpose of operating the online shop, L’FABRICA s.r.o. has authorised in writing the competent employees of L’FABRICA s.r.o., Bratislavská 31, 01001 Žilina, Slovak Republic, to process personal data. By concluding the Purchase Contract, the Buyer agrees to the processing and collection of his/her personal data in the database of L’FABRICA s.r.o. for the fulfilment of the purpose of the Purchase Contract. This purpose is understood to be the processing of orders placed with L’FABRICA s.r.o. in the framework of the online shop, whereby the processing of personal data is necessary for L’FABRICA s.r.o. to fulfil its contractual obligations arising from the contract of sale, i.e. L’FABRICA s.r.o. is required to process online purchases, to provide service, to respond to customer requests, or to assist with technical problems or to contact the buyer at the buyer’s request. L’FABRICA s.r.o. uses electronic data processing (EDV) to ensure the accurate and rapid execution of service and customer support services.

L’FABRICA s.r.o. guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data of the registered persons, which the buyer communicates during the registration process, which includes the following mandatory data: address (female/male), first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, password. The buyer has the right to be informed about the processing of his/her personal data, the right of access to his/her personal data, the right to rectification of his/her personal data, including other legal claims. Personal data can be removed from the database at the request of the buyer. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is carried out strictly in accordance with legal requirements.

INTERNET, NEWSLETTER, FACEBOOK, PRIVACY

Personalisation and cookies

To make our website easier to use, we use “cookies”. New technologies allow us to tailor our website to each customer. Cookies are text files that contain information that allow the identification of frequent visitors exclusively during their visit to our website. Cookies are stored on your computer’s hard drive and will not cause any damage there. Cookies on our website do not contain any personal information about you.

Automatically stored information (not personal data)

How do we protect your personal data?

L’FABRICA s.r.o. uses standard security measures – the so-called. SSL encryption.

According to the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”), you have the right to request confirmation from us in writing whether or not your personal data are processed, the right to information about the processing of personal data in the information system (within the scope of § 15 (1) (a) to (e) of the Personal Data Protection Act), the right to accurate information about the source from which we obtained your personal data and the right to a list of your personal data that are the subject of the processing. You also have the right to rectification or erasure of your incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data that is the subject of processing, the right to erasure of your personal data for which the purpose of processing has ended, the right to erasure of your personal data that is the subject of processing if there has been a breach of the law, and also the right to blocking of your personal data on the grounds of withdrawal of consent before the expiry of the period of validity of the consent, if the controller is processing personal data on the basis of your consent.

At any reasonable time, you may withdraw your consent (future or current) for the use of your personal data or request the partial erasure of your data or request information about the data we have stored about you.

Upon a complete written request, we will correct, destroy and/or block any personal without further processing within 30 days.
